New Business Development

FYNDYOU is seeking ambitious and energetic New Business Development associate to drive new business and expand our client base. This position will strategically collaborate with our team to grow different segments of our business with the goal of driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Presenting up to 5 sales meetings per day.
  • Development of proposals and project pricing, closing new business.
  • Lead communication back to agency team and client relations (assistance from office).
  • Strong personal drive, self-motivated and self-starter.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with technology and performs well under pressure.
  • Understanding of small business environment.

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years experience in digital advertising or digital marketing sales to B2B clientele.
  • Any business development, sales or a relevant experience a plus.

Project Manager

The Project Manager will have the ability to work with multiple resources (internally and externally) to manage projects from inception to completion. They should be able to develop implementation plans that would include identifying proper resources for a project development project launch and post launch.

Responsibilities include:

  • Determine scope, schedule, and management of creative resources for agency projects. Define detailed project deliverables for each event.
  • Manage all projects from inception through to post-wrap up, working with all team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ensure the Creative team has the support and required resources and time to execute.
  • Create and enforce project schedules, ensuring all internal parties meet milestones and deadlines.
  • Estimate resources needed for future projects and highlight potential resource deficiencies.
  • Schedule and manage regular meetings with sales and marketing group to discuss the ongoing strategy and future requirements.
  • Schedule and manage all project meetings.
  • Control priorities of projects throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continually improve the process thru tools and innovative thinking.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years project management experience in a fast-paced agency or marketing environment.
  • Experience and familiarity with the creative process.
  • Problem solver with organization and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and team assignments.
  • Ability to manage and motivate agency team members.

Account Manager

The Account Manager directs and coordinates the day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of the client’s product and/or service on assigned accounts. In this role, the Account Manager ensures that the agency provides: Sound and responsible marketing counseling and planning.

Responsibilities include:

  • Success and experience in Account Management, preferably in the local digital marketing field.
  • Experience and knowledge in some or all of the following: search engine optimization, pay-per-click, social media engagement, conversion rate optimization, web design, AdWords, and analytics programs.
  • Advanced level experience and understanding of SEO, its evolution, and the ability to explain in easy to understand terms.
  • Proven ability and success meeting with clients and working with them over the long-term, showing them increasing ROI, with specific examples of successful recommendations and outcomes.
  • Problem solving, you must show that you have the ability to solve problems by generating ideas and solutions.
  • Strong communication skills in oral, written, email, telephone, and presentations.
  • Ability to work with a team in intimate and transparent collaboration.
  • Strong client management skills and the ability to keep and deliver on promises made. Utilize a team environment to orchestrate and facilitate, with a high degree of efficiency the delivery of web services.
  • A POSITIVE AND DETERMINED APPROACH to client research, analysis, to completion.
  • Utilize your own initiative to brainstorm, develop, research, and implement your own client recommendations and initiatives. The ability to help your client think outside of the box to help their business grow.
  • Ability to cope with competing demands and prioritize them appropriately.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A constant positive attitude when dealing with people and peers.

Requirements:

  • 1-3+ years advertising agency experience.
  • Experience managing multiple clients in a fast paced environment.
